So here is another tune that seems to be making a big splash and finding its way into remixes and mash ups everywhere. For the most part this song is not very special or different from you average house track. The majority of the track is your typical driving low end housey stuff that just sorta drones on. However that is just filler for what makes this track a real gem. At 1:15 you will notice it drop and start to build into something more interesting. Then at 1:30 is when the melody you've been looking for kicks in, sounding more than slightly reminiscent of the theme song for the old Sega Genesis and arcade game Streets of Rage.
It makes for a fun nostalgic track that you feel like you have been listening to forever despite it being fairly new. That is assuming you are old enough to remember playing Streets Of Rage and they hay day of 2D platform gaming. The 2011 remix of this track is good and moves a lot faster with more energy however the mixing in general just sounds shitty so ill let you find it yourself if you want to hear it. In the meantime here is the original track.
